De featured Canadian version
Note that if you get the Canadian version, and get your content from Amazon.ca, the two most popular features, family sharing, and lending are disabled. I was planning to share books with my wife, as we each have our own iPads.
This Kindle capability is heavily promoted, and there are no notices that I could find showing that in Canada they sell a crippled version.
Switching to the .com rather than .ca site seems to solve the problem.
It it has the U.S. capability, it would be 5 star rather than 3.
