全部是样章，也无法购买书籍，如果没有kindle根本用不了，花了时间看了书发现只有开头，想买也买不了想看也看不了，垃圾

It’s 2025 and I still can’t buy a book through this app.

I love the kindle app. The only problem, and it’s not much of one, is to track your reading streak it has to always be up to date. I had a streak going of almost a year and I was denied reading for one day because it wasn’t updated to the most recent version. I picked up right where I left off, and knew I had read for the day, however that one hiccup was disheartening.

I don't think the app's 12 , it seems more like 9 , or for anyone who likes to read.

I have several commentary’s on Kindle..I always have my I Pad so I always have my Kindle..win win

I’ve always had some issues with syncing, but it was going ok until April 1st, and now I can’t get app and Kindle to sync. I read every day, sonsomething should be showing up, but no.. I’ve done all the usual, restarts on both devices, pressing sync on kindle, checked whispersync, still nothing. I’m still getting the Amazon notifications.. of course, but nothing else is working. I liked doing the challenges, but this is frustrating, and I’m frankly sick of it. May just have to give up the kindle app.

I like being able to get to all my books. But I am reading multiple books, magazines, etc. If I am working on a project, it can require multiple sources that I go back and forth with. It would be good if it was possible to have multiple instances of Kindle open on my Mac at once. Or at least some way to tab between the books.

This app is really slow. I try opening it and it really slows…a really long time..

I love my Kindle app. Have had for about 10 years! The convenience of taking my books with me everywhere is what I love most!

I love this Bible. I have it on my phone, table, computer and i use it almost ever day. I take it with me because it is convenient and so easy to use. it has so many different versions to help me in my studies. I especially "The Message" version. I recomment this bible to anyone who is serious about sutding or just reading for a better understanding.

The NLT version of the Bible is both easy and beautiful to read - and this version for study is excellent. It has so many wonderful features - the word studies, explanations of most verses, theme notes and character studies, cross references. I use it every day in preparing the classes I teach. This online version is great for quickly jumping from one reference to another - but I also have a paper version on my shelf. I recommend this Bible for personal study and spiritual growth.

Book is good but Amazon Kindle new version is the worst. Please revert to the previous version

I loved the until I came across an issue; it is not possible to control certain Spanish text fonts which are a little too small to read easily. I bought a paper book and I found the book was far better.

I’ve been a subscriber of kindle for many years. I enjoy the books and the authors that have series. It’s exciting to read them.

I only buy ebooks and I only use Kindle. They are the best.

My only real complaint is that picture books don’t rotate like other books do when I change my phone to landscape. Kids can’t really see the small illustrations and the words can be super small depending on the book. If my kids insist on reading a specific book I’ll do screenshots and zoom in on the words but it takes away from the experience.

Where is the app

I am legally blind - I use Alexa with Kindle to listen to books on iPhone - works great - how come there is no such functionality on the Apple Watch????

Kindle has helped me find hundreds of great books, and has given me awesome recommendations, i strongly recommend this app, and to get a paper white kindle, it doesn’t hurt my eyes, and i have had mine for 2 months and it’s still at 70 percent.

I’ve been in love with reading since the first grade ! I’ve always carried books with me even when my parents went to the grocery store and I stayed in the car so I could keep reading. I downloaded the Kindle app as soon as it was available several years ago and now read anywhere and anytime. It’s easy to use, and quite addictive….In a good way! :)

After years of buying kindles and kindle books, Amazon decided I’m renting them and can no longer download on other devices. I’ve already switched to ebooks on other platforms.

Want to read the whole book but only let me read first three chapters only

I have been using Kindle as my reading app for more than five years. For the most part, it is an excellent way to read. My only frustration has arisen during the last two months. When I try to open my ONE WITH GOD books (by Marjorie Tyler et al.), the opening process “hangs”. This locks my Kindle, preventing me from doing anything in my library. The only fix that I’ve been able to come up with is to delete Kindle, go to the App Store, download a new version of Kindle, and return to reading. Besides that one glitch, I can’t say enough good things about Kindle.

This is a great app to have. I love to read and everything is right here.

Amazon has there stuff together. Very fast use of prime points is really good. Makes life easy. Get to read all my nerdy books!

When you open the app, don’t expect to just start reading. On the best of days it takes a while to sync. On the worst of days, like today, twenty minutes later and I’m still unable to get in. The app froze. I deleted it, reinstalled it, finally got it to accept my password. But then failed five times at the decoding of the shown text to prove I’m a person. I give.

This app is flawless on the iPad Air 11, and audible compliments it beautifully!

I am a long time Kindle Unlimited user and love using this app to read my books. But one thing negatively affects my experience: seeing the ratings for the book including the Goodreads ones. PLEASE add a feature that allows us to CHOOSE whether or not we want to see ratings/reviews displayed for books. I absolutely hate seeing book ratings because they heavily influence my perception of the book. I don’t need to or want to see whether a book is X stars on Amazon and X stars on Goodreads. By making it optional to view these, that will take the app to the next level.

The Hero is sexually harassing the heroine from the very beginning, and it continues and gets worse and worse with his demands at work, not letting her leave, insisting she come to meetings at night and dinner because she works for him… Like, what!? This is not sexy, it’s gross! If he was a great as we were supposed to believe, he would have treated her (a stranger and then new acquaintance) with respect instead. I was shocked that this was supposed to be attractive. I like manly men, but this was very unattractive behavior

I love the app, it’s great for reading on the go when I forget to bring my Kindle with me, or for quickly adding notes to my highlights. However, it never wants to work upon first opening it. The app will freeze, crash, or takes forever to sync the information from my Kindle. It takes opening and closing the app multiple times to finally get it to actually allow me to use it, without freezing or crashing. I’d recommend the app to anyone with a Kindle Paperwhite, simply because the typing interface on the Kindle is a pain, however don’t download it with high hopes of it working when you need it to. There’s been multiple times I’ve given up on getting it to work. I updated the app to the latest version, have tried turning my phone off and on, even tried messing with WiFi and data settings. At the end of the day, it’s a great concept, but with subpar results.

I started reading on my Amazon Kindle years ago and was delighted to be able to continue reading on my iPad with this Kindle app.I’m always slightly amazed by how much time I spend each week reading.I’m 72 yrs.old and I’m also amazed that using the Libby app I can peruse what my 2 local libraries have to offer and can start reading my book within seconds. Technology is, in this case, stupendous! And I love that I can have the same books on my iPhone and switch between the two, and always on right page. Search feature is great when I need to go back to clarify or refresh my memory. Fabulous app!

There’s pretty diverse amount of books here but the amount that actually provide audio options is very lacking

I’m 84 years old ,85 in June,2025. Reading is what I do now,manual labor is a thing of the past,thank you for books,time goes bye faster now with the ability to read,boob tube is great but books give you a much wider world to explore,thank you ,,,

I use this app daily. It is amazing.

I downloaded kindle a couple days ago and tried to get a book 📕 keep in mind I’m 9 years old it was so confusing my mom cuz side track real quick don’t mind my grammar ok back to the story I can’t goggle on my phone it took me thirty minutes to get one book and it was my mom who did it soooooooo…

It’s inconvenient that I can’t buy books directly from the Amazon app or Kindle any longer.

I love the kindle unlimited. So many options for the price

1. If you use Switch Control to access your device by sequentially highlighting items, you will not be able to even open a book in your Library. The book thumbnails are no longer individual items. Your library is a big unlabeled block, which means Switch Control cannot "find" the books for you to select and skips over the library altogether. 2. For the same reason, you can't open a book in Library with Voice Control using "Show names" or "Show numbers." The books no longer have individual name or number labels, so you can't open a book by saying a number or title. 3. For the same reason, you cannot navigate through your books by swiping using VoiceOver. I have tried several times to explain to Amazon that Kindle for iOS used to be accessible and now it isn't, giving the above details. I don't think anyone understood what I was talking about. It has been broken for a long time now. I have switched to the default Apple Books app.

I literally read everyday and if honest between times. Kindle makes reading fun and entertaining!!!

I love kindle so much and my kids use kindle to and they can relate kindle helps with many skills that for some people are really important on there lives kindle helps with patience skills with reading skills and with literature skills so I think that everyone should download kindle plus it doesn’t require barely any wifi or service this is why I give kindle a 5 star rating and I think other people should too!

If you love to read and listen to audiobooks,this is for you.

I purchased The War Within. I cannot access it in my Kindle account. Nobody at Kindle is able to help me.

Great reading and charts to help any level of baker. I am 79 and just started my bread making journey. I have had several problems with my starter a baking. With this book I can figure out the reasons. The book explains the procedures and the reasons behind them. The techniques are most helpful. Thanks to Heinrich I have made an edible loaf of sourdough which has given me so much confidence.

That I just bought a book and cannot read it immediately on my phone (and yes I’ve synced etc). You all have created yet another stupid knot of techno wizardry that we the consumer get to untangle. Bozos eating my time.
